RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY NY Cosmetic Surgery Supplies

MEDICAL PRODUCTS & SUPPLIES No returns accepted due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations. All medical supplies, recovery kits, surgical supplies, gloves, pads, gauze, sterile items, and post-operative care products are final sale.
Items included: BBL Recovery Kits, Tummy Tuck Kits, Mommy Makeover Kits, surgical gloves, dry pads, lipo foam, abdominal boards, emesis bags, urinary bottles, medical instruments, and all sterile supplies.

COMPRESSION GARMENTS & APPAREL 14-day return window from delivery date for compression garments, bras, binders, and non-medical apparel items.
Return Requirements: • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged • Original tags and packaging must be attached • Must be in resalable condition • Customer pays return shipping ($8.95 flat rate within continental US)
Items included: Compression vests, binders, support bras, shapewear, robes, and non-medical apparel.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS Free replacement within 7 days of delivery for any defective or damaged products.

  4. NYCSS covers all replacement shipping costs

PROCESSING & REFUNDS • Return processing: 3-5 business days after receipt • Refund method: Original payment method • Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after processing • No restocking fees for eligible returns

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Overseas products: 2-month replacement window for defective items Domestic products: 1-week replacement window for defective items Return shipping: Customer responsibility for international returns

EXCLUSIONS • Medical and sterile products (final sale due to health regulations) • Items damaged by customer misuse or normal wear • Items without original packaging or tags • Returns after 14-day window (except defective items)

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Custom Fees:
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we will refund the order MINUS the original Shipping and a 10% Restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Disclaimer:
Issues: If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hrs. to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. This is going to keep shipping cost and loss to a minimum and those low costs will benefit you!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nysurgerysupplies.com and send your item to: NY Cosmetic Surgery Supplies, 135 Habersham Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30214.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
